Patient Advocate
The 55th Medical Group Patient Advocate is here to help resolve your patient care concerns. The patient advocate assists with patient care concerns within the MTF. If during any visit with us we did not meet your expectations, we will work to address the issue immediately. We value our patients' feedback, as it helps us to identify problems and implement improvements.
The Patient Advocate is located within the TRICARE Operations & Patient Administration office and can be reached at 402-232-9392 or 531-239-0276 (Cell).
