Family Health

Walk-in services are non-urgent visits with a nurse or medical technician using approved protocols. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for the following services:
  • Urinary Tract Infection symptoms in females over age 18-64 (urinary frequency, burning or urgency). If accompanied by back/side/flank pain, please book an appointment with your provider. Please note that it can take 1-2 hours to receive your lab results
  • Wart treatments after initial provider visit and establish plan of care
  • Pregnancy testing if you meet the following criteria:
    • Positive home pregnancy test or more than one week late for menstrual cycle
    • No more than one walk-in pregnancy test will be authorized within a seven day timeframe
    • Walk-in services are only for qualitative testing (positive or negative)
    • Dependent children must be 19 years of age or older-or-have a parent or legal guardian present for pregnancy testing
  • Routine medication injections, such as depo-provera, B12, testosterone
  • Follow-up suture or staple removal

Prescription Refills

Contact the clinic with a secure message with medication renewal requests when you have two weeks remaining of medications. Avoid lines at the pharmacy and have your chronic medications sent through Express Scripts to your home.

Labs

  • Please come to the clinic for your lab draw four days prior to your scheduled appointment; if we have not contacted you, please contact us through a Secure Message
  • If you have had labs drawn more than three weeks ago and are concerned about results, please send us a Secure Message
  • Laboratory results and radiology results can also be viewed using TRICARE Online Patient Portal; use the blue button features to access this information in addition to immunizations and allergies

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Closed the third Thursday of every month, 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., for required staff training
  • Closed on all federal holidays
