For the health and safety of our patients and staff, all previously offered walk-in services (pediatric acutes, pregnancy tests, sore throat, routine injections, female UTI symptoms) have been suspended due to COVID-19 concerns. We ask you to use TOL Secure Messaging or call our appointment line to schedule a virtual (phone) appointment to discuss your child’s health with their provider.
We will continue to see children in face-to-face appointments for well-child visits up to 4 years of age and as directed by their provider.
Well Child visits are required at the following ages:
- 2 week
- 2 months (shots at any time during second month)
- 4 month (shots at any time during fourth month)
- 6 month (shots at any time during sixth month)
- 9 month
- 12 months (shots on or after first birthday)
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 24 months (2 year)
- 3 years
- 4 years
Our Disease Management team focuses on improving the health of those with chronic conditions including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, asthma and more.
We work hand in hand with the Exceptional Family Member Program. This is designed to assist active duty personnel during assignments/reassignments sponsoring Exceptional Family Members with special physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual needs.
