Radiology

Radiology is located on the 1st floor of the clinic in the North Tower. We offer X-Ray, CT, Screening Mammograms, Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound Services. X-Ray services are walk-in, while all other exams must be scheduled. 

Services Provided 

We offer the following services:  

• X-Rays 
• Fluoroscopy-Barium contrast exams 
• CT 
• Ultrasound 
• Screening Mammograms 
• Limited Fertility procedures 

We serve all DoD Beneficiaries with MTF access. Patients on Medicare only will require a referral from their provider to be seen off base. 

How to Make an Appointment 

X-Ray 

X-Rays do not require an appointment. These exams are walk-in only during normal business hours. 

Mammograms 

Patients may stop by the front desk of Radiology or contact us via phone at 402-294-7405. Patients with a primary care physician at Ehrling Bergquist do not need a referral. Patients whose primary provider is not in the clinic will require a written or faxed order.  

Ultrasound 

Patients may stop by the Radiology front desk or call 402-294-7405. 

CT (Computed Tomography) 

Patients may stop by the Radiology front desk or call 402-294-7405. Please allow 24 hours after the provider has entered the exam before contacting Radiology. All CT orders must be reviewed by a Radiologist for authorization to schedule. 

Fluoroscopy-Barium exams 

Patients may stop by the Radiology front desk or call 402-294-7405. 

Fertility Exams 

Exams for fertility procedures are coordinated through the Women’s Health Clinic at 402-294-7401. 

Important Information 

Mammogram Patients

Patients experiencing any breast issues, such as pain, lump(s), discharge, axillary swelling/pain etc. will require a diagnostic mammogram and will be referred off base by your provider.  

Pregnant Patients

Please inform the technologist if you are, or think you may be pregnant, before any procedures are performed. Your provider and the Radiologist will determine if your exam is necessary and safe during your pregnancy.  

*Most OB Ultrasound exams are performed off base. Please refer to your OB provider for specific information and the referral processes.

Records Requests 

Requesting copies of images/reports 

Please come to Radiology to fill out a request for an imaging disc. Due to system limitations, requests can take up to 3 business days. A radiology staff member will notify you via telephone when your disc is ready to pick up. All imaging discs contain both imaging and reports.  

Adding outside studies to your record 

For reports only, bring your copies to Medical Records (TOPA) for uploading. For imaging discs please report to Radiology to have the exam uploaded into your record. We will notify you when the images have uploaded and recommend you retain the original copy of your records. However, if you do not wish to retain the disc, kindly inform the staff and we will properly dispose of the disc.
