Radiology
Services include 3D mammography, ultrasound, computed tomography, fluoroscopy, and routine X-ray services. Children aged 10 and older must present a military or government-issued ID card when requesting care at the clinic.
Health and safety concerns do not allow children, regardless of age, to accompany patients during their exams. Children under the age of 10 cannot be left alone within the clinic without adult supervision. If day care arrangements can’t be made before an appointment, call the radiology front desk to reschedule your exam or contact your provider for assistance.
Mammogram self-referral
Women should check with their primary care manager to ensure they are current on mammogram screenings, recommended every 12 months. To request a self-referred mammogram:
- Women must have no breast concerns; please book an appointment with your PCM for concerns such as lumps, discharge, or pain
- Women should be over the age of 40, or
- Over age 30 and have been told by their provider they have an increased risk of breast cancer
- Women must have a PCM at the military clinic
- Call the Radiology clinic at 402-294-7405 or 402-232-2272, Option 2, Option 5 to schedule.
Patients with an off-base PCM require a prescription. Anyone, of any age, with a breast concern should first see their PCM for an evaluation.
