All primary care services are in the Main Clinic, on the first floor of the South Wing. Our primary care clinics are aligned to allow focused care for patients.
Military members are assigned to one of our active duty operational medicine clinics, with a primary care manager assigned to care for members of their unit.

Personnel Reliability and Assurance
Base Operational Medicine Clinic conducts Deployment Health Assessments, Periodic Health Assessments and assists in the medical profile process.
Medical Standards Management Element conducts medical clearances for military moves, special assignments, commissioning, and retraining.
Separation and Retirement Physical required for active duty and Reserve Component members on orders for 180 days or more of continuous service, as well as RC members on AD orders for 31+ days in support of a contingency operation.
We offer
Integrated Behavioral Health services within our primary care clinics. Patients can self-refer or can be referred by their PCM.
The
True North resilience program assigns mental health providers directly to Air Force units in the 55th Wing, increasing access to care and providing resources, referrals and limited counseling to active duty service members.
