Community Health
For all community health needs, to include food safety and sanitation, entomology, temporary food booth operations, and disease prevention (sexually transmitted, tuberculosis, child blood lead, and animal bites), please call 402-232-7387.
Deployment Health
We process all military deployers and civilian travel medicine health needs. We assist Guard and civilian deployers, but please contact us prior to stopping in. If a member is tasked to deploy please contact your UDM to receive reporting instructions. We also offer overseas travel recommendations, including medications and immunizations, to all active duty and dependents who are traveling out of the country. Please inquire at least two weeks prior to overseas travel.
Occupational Health
Audiogram: Public Health performs audiograms for individuals who are assigned to the Hearing Conservation Program or on Flying Status. Audiograms are scheduled through the appointment line at 402-232-2273, option 1.
Fetal Protection Program: All Air Force employees who test positive for pregnancy must have their workplace exposures evaluated to ensure the mother’s safety and that of her unborn child. Please call 402-232-3474 to initiate this evaluation and begin the pregnancy profiling process (for military members).
