Pharmacy

All new prescriptions and medication renewals are processed here.

Location: 2501 Capehart Road, First Floor, Ehrling Bergquist Clinic.

Prescription Pickup from a 55th MDG Provider

  • After appointment, patients should come to Offutt’s 55th MDG Clinic Pharmacy (located on the first floor, near the main front door). Patients can get in line once they see their name appear on the TV located between Windows 3 and 4.
  • No need to use “Get-in-line” text to activate unless:
    • It’s been more than 10 days since doctor prescribed medication
    • Your prescription required a prior authorization that has now been completed and you need to activate
  • If you need to activate a prescription more than 10 days after a provider prescribed it, you must:
    • Text “Get in line” to 833-338-1720
    • The system will send you to a web link to complete the process, requiring the beneficiary’s DOD ID number for each patient with prescriptions to activate

Prescription Pickup from an Off-Base Provider

Beneficiaries must activate all new prescriptions before the Offutt Clinic Pharmacy can process them. There are four convenient activation options:

  • TEXT ACTIVATION SYSTEM: Text “Get in line” to 833-338-1720. The system will guide you through the process, requiring the beneficiary’s DOD ID number for each patient with prescriptions to activate. Be sure to select Offutt AFB Clinic Pharmacy. This is the best option if you need to speak to a pharmacist.
  • WEB ACTIVATION: Use our handy Get in Line website.
  • MHS GENESIS PATIENT PORTAL: Visit the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal and send a new message to the Offutt Pharmacy by searching for “Offutt Pharmacy” in the “to” field.
    • Only the first 50 options appear, so make sure you include “Offutt Pharmacy” in the search field.
  • IN-PERSON ACTIVATION: Visit the Clinic Pharmacy and check in at the kiosk to activate with a pharmacy staff member.

After activation, the beneficiary will receive a follow-up text letting them know whether their prescription was able to be activated, or if not, for what reason. This text will tell you the processing time that your prescription should be ready within. You can then proceed to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription after the indicated time has elapsed.

Once at the 55th MDG Clinic Pharmacy

If your prescription is ready, you do not need to check in at the kiosk. You can get in line to pick-up prescription and wait to be assisted by a pharmacy staff member.

Beneficiaries DO NOT need to pull a kiosk ticket unless:

  • Have a question about why a prescription is not ready
  • Need to talk to someone about activation of a prescription that was prescribed more than 10 days ago
  • Have questions regarding prior authorizations of medications
  • Are not able to physically stand in line
  • Have waited more than 30 minutes since seeing someone at a pharmacy window and name is still not appearing on TV as ready.

Kiosk tickets close at 4 p.m. to ensure all patrons waiting in the lobby are served.

Follow these steps:

  • A one-time enrollment at a ScriptCenter kiosk. To do this, scan your military ID card (Common Access Card or Uniformed Services ID card), enter your date of birth, and create a password and four-digit personal identification number. This can be done after you request medications to be placed in the lockers.
  • To create an account, you can use your fingerprint, ID card, or password with your four-digit PIN to unlock and get your medications. It is recommended that you have current prescription number on your first time to the lockers.
  • If activating new prescriptions choose the medication locker option.
  • If refilling your prescription, select “ScriptCenter kiosk” as your pickup location from the refill phone prompts.
