Picking Up Your Refills

Satellite Pharmacy (Refills)

Location: 106 Meyer Ave., inside the Offutt Air Force Base Exchange.  (Base access is required for access to this location.)

You’ll need a valid uniformed services ID card to pick up a prescription. This includes children aged 10 and older. Prescriptions not picked up will be returned to stock after 10 business days. If you can’t pick up your prescription within this timeframe, please contact the pharmacy. If you’re picking up a prescription for another person, please bring that person’s valid uniformed services ID (or photocopy, digital picture).

If you have received notification that your prescription is ready:

  • Come directly to the pharmacy during business hours
  • Proceed to one of the Pharmacy Pick-up Windows
  • Simply line up at the window - no check-in or online queuing required
  • Have your ID card ready

ScriptCenter

Location: 106 Meyer Ave., inside the Offutt Air Force Base Exchange. (Base access is required for access to this location.)

After-hours ScriptCenter medication lockers allow you to pick up many prescription refills during Offutt Base Exchange operating hours, even if the Satellite Pharmacy is closed.  Certain items may not be available from the ScriptCenter, such as new prescription medications, refrigerated medications, oversized items, and/or certain controlled substance prescriptions.

Follow these steps:

  • A one-time enrollment at a ScriptCenter kiosk. To do this, scan your military ID card (Common Access Card or Uniformed Services ID card), enter your date of birth, and create a password and four-digit personal identification number. This can be done after you request medications to be placed in the lockers.
  • To create an account, you can use your fingerprint, ID card, or password with your four-digit PIN to unlock and get your medications. It is recommended that you have current prescription number on your first time to the lockers.
  • When requesting refills, select “ScriptCenter kiosk” as your pickup location from the refill phone prompts.

Drug Take Back Program

Proper disposal of prescription drugs reduces the risk of unintentional poisoning, drug abuse, and environmental harm.

If you want to dispose of unwanted or unneeded drugs:

  • Drop them in the secure bin located inside the clinic pharmacy between Windows 2 and 3, or
  • Pick up an envelope, take it home, and mail them to the destruction agency.

Several exclusions apply. This includes:

  • syringes
  • needles
  • liquids greater than 4 ounces

Also, if a medication appears on the FDA Flush List, it may be disposed by flushing.
