Audiology

Services Provided 

Audiology services are available by PCM referral for active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, and family members, ages 5-64. Diagnostic hearing evaluations and tinnitus evaluations are available to active duty service members and personnel enrolled in the Hearing Conservation Program.
 
Annual audiograms for occupational health, medical readiness, flight status, and separation/retirement are completed by Public Health, not the Audiology Clinic. Please call the appointment line at 402-232-2273, option 1, 1 to schedule an audiogram.
 
Many veterans are eligible for hearing evaluations with the VA Omaha Audiology Clinic. The VA clinic also provides hearing aid services as well. To contact the Omaha VA Audiology Clinic, please call 402-995-3119. To contact VA Patient Registration and Eligibility, please call 402-995-4050.
