Services Provided

Audiology services are available by PCM referral for active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and active duty family members and retirees ages 5-64. Diagnostic hearing evaluations and tinnitus evaluations are available to active duty service members and those enrolled in the Hearing Conservation Program.
Annual audiograms for occupational health, medical readiness, flight status, and separation/retirement are completed by public health, not the Audiology Clinic.
Many veterans are eligible for hearing evaluations with the VA Omaha Audiology Clinic. The VA clinic also provides hearing aid services. To contact the Omaha VA Audiology Clinic, please call 402-995-3119. To contact VA Patient Registration and Eligibility, please call 402-995-4050.
