Family Medicine

For the health and safety of our patients and staff, all previously offered walk-in services (pediatric acutes, pregnancy tests, sore throat, wart treatments, routine injections, and female UTI symptoms) have been suspended due to COVID-19 concerns.  We ask you to use TOL Secure Messaging or call our appointment line to schedule a virtual (phone) appointment with your provider.  If the clinic determines a face-to-face appointment is necessary they will schedule that clinic visit. You may also use use TOL Secure Messaging to send a Note to Doctor and communicate directly with your team.
Please note, there is no "sick call", supervisors of active duty may authorize up to 24 hours sick status at their discretion per AFI 41-210, 4.14.6.

Prescription Refills

Contact the clinic with a secure message with medication renewal requests when you have two weeks remaining of medications. Avoid lines at the pharmacy and have your chronic medications sent through Express Scripts to your home. Family members and retirees may have an associated co-pay when utilizing express scripts.


Please come to the clinic for your lab draw four days prior to your scheduled appointment; if we have not contacted you, please contact us through a Secure Message
If you have had labs drawn more than three weeks ago and are concerned about results, please send us a Secure Message
Laboratory results and radiology results can also be viewed using TRICARE Online Patient Portal; use the blue button features to access this information in addition to immunizations and allergies

Behavioral Health Optimization Program: 

Your provider or team nurse may refer you to our BHOP for more specific care coordination. We have a provider/specialist on staff for questions, concerns and short-term consultations regarding depression, anxiety, pain disorder, tobacco use, alcohol use, diabetes, obesity, insomnia, and chronic pain. Our Behavioral Healthcare Facilitator Registered Nurse can assist with medication follow-up questions and care coordination with medications for depression, anxiety or PTSD. Additionally, our BHCF provides coaching interventions for patients newly diagnosed with chronic diseases.
