Deployment Health Clinic

We process all military deployers and civilian travel medicine health needs. We assist Guard and civilian deployers, but please contact us prior to stopping in. If a member is tasked to deploy please contact your UDM to receive reporting instructions. We also offer overseas travel recommendations to all active duty and dependent personnel who are traveling out of the country. This includes any necessary medications and immunizations. Please inquire at least two weeks prior to overseas travel.

Occupational Health

  • Audiogram: Public Health performs audiograms for individuals who are assigned to the Hearing Conservation Program or on Flying Status. Audiograms are scheduled through the appointment line at 402-232-2273, option 12.
  • Fetal Protection Program: All Air Force employees who test positive for pregnancy must have their workplace exposures evaluated to ensure the mother’s safety and that of her unborn child. Please call 402-232-6438 or 402-232-6364 to initiate this evaluation and begin the pregnancy profiling process (for military members).
